Warranty and Response:

1. The equipment warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if any parts are damaged due to the quality of the equipment itself, the supplier promises free delivery and on-site repair and replacement.
2. When there is a problem with the equipment, the purchaser should promptly notify the supplier, and the supplier's after-sales service personnel guarantee to arrive within 24 hours to ensure that the purchaser's losses are minimized.
3. The supplier provides various spare parts and components to the demander at preferential prices all year round.
4. If the purchaser encounters problems within one year of using the equipment and cannot solve them on their own, the supplier has the obligation to provide after-sales technical services. If it is not a problem with the manufacturing quality, design principles, or other aspects of the equipment itself, the purchaser will provide appropriate technical service fees.
5. Regardless of whether it is within or outside the warranty period, the supplier is highly responsible for the equipment and promptly resolves any issues discovered.
