Online monitoring of flue gasAs an important monitoring system, the complexity of the system is not small. The internal components of the system are interconnected, and every small fault can cause major problems in the entire system.


1. Abnormal temperature, pressure, flow rate, and humidity data


Check if the corresponding measuring components are normal and if the sampling pipeline is functioning properly.


2. Abnormal measurement values of particulate matter


Check if the power supply of the dust analyzer is normal and if the dust analyzer is damaged; Check if the probe lens is clean, otherwise clean it; Is the compressed air blown properly.


3. Abnormal sample gas flow rate


Abnormal traffic is usually caused by traffic below normal values or no traffic display. Check if the rotor flowmeter is jammed; If the rotor flowmeter is normal, check whether the entire sampling pipeline has any leaks or blockages.


4. Analysis and Handling of Reasons for Data Abnormalities


According to the monitoring system process, any malfunction in any link will result in abnormal measurement data. When there is an abnormal data situation, make a preliminary judgment based on the actual situation, starting from the components with a high possibility of failure and conducting item by item troubleshooting until the equipment runs normally.


(1) The smoke analyzer shows that the oxygen content exceeds or falls below the normal value


When the oxygen measurement value is higher than the normal value, check whether there is a leak in the sampling pipeline; Check if the oxygen sensor is functioning properly when the oxygen level is low or there is no display, otherwise replace it.


(2) Smoke analyzer malfunction


The damage to the flue gas analyzer is mostly caused by poor pre-treatment of the sample gas, in addition to equipment aging. Repair or replace the analyzer, and check the heating condition of the sampling pipeline and the working condition of the pre-processing equipment.


(3) Zero point or range drift of flue gas analyzer


The zero or range drift of the flue gas analyzer will not be visually displayed, and can only be determined through comparative analysis to determine whether there is zero or range drift.


(4) The moisture content in the gas path is high


Check if the sampling probe and heating device of the heat tracing pipeline are working properly; Backblow the sampling pipeline to remove moisture from the pipeline.
