3. Add medication (CL), remove the top cover, rotate the medication chamber cover, add the required amount of medication, cover and seal;

4. Connect the power supply, turn on the indicator power switch (indicator light on) and start (non powered equipment does not require power);

5. Gradually open the inlet ball valve and adjust it from small to large to the required flow rate of L/min for the outlet;

6. Residual chlorine monitoring: Monitor the residual chlorine in the factory water on the second day, adjust the dosage and flow rate based on the results, and monitor the residual chlorine at the end of the pipeline network three days later.

Precautions

Equipment operation, normal inspection should pay attention to the liquid level inside the equipment to ensure that there is material in the equipment and prevent the metering pump from running for a long time without load, which may damage the metering pump.

Instructions for use

Equipment startup: Add a solution of chlorine dioxide powder or tablets prepared in proportion to the equipment, then turn on the power switch, press the run button, start the metering pump, and adjust the pulse of the metering pump according to the dosage. If remote control is not required, cancel remote control and press run again.

Device shutdown: Press the device stop button to turn off the device power.

Common Faults

The metering pump is not feeding

1. Do not use for a long time. There is air in the feed pipe. Open the hose connection at the upper end of the metering pump to remove the air.

2. The metering pump is damaged and will be returned to the factory for repair.
