Ceramic vacuum filter machine
summary:
TC precision ceramic vacuum filter integrates electromechanical, microporous, and ultrasonic technologies, relying on vacuum suction and capillary action to achieve a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving filtration equipment for solid-liquid separation. Widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical, stone, and environmental protection.
Working Principle:
1. Slurry absorption area: During operation, the filter plate immersed in the slurry is subjected to capillary action combined with vacuum pressure, and the surface adsorbs into a layer of filter cake. The filtrate enters the distribution valve through the filter plate and is discharged into the liquid shortage tank.
2. Drying zone: The filter cake continues to dehydrate under high vacuum pressure.
3. Unloading area: In the absence of vacuum, the scraper automatically unloads.
4. Backwash laundry: Industrial water or filtrate enters the ceramic plate through a distribution valve for cleaning from the inside out. Clean the clogged micropores. After one cycle of use, the ceramic board is cleaned using a mixture of ultrasonic waves and low concentration acid to maintain its efficient use.
Features:
1. High vacuum degree (vacuum degree 0.09-0.098MPa), low moisture content in the filter cake.
2. The solid content of the filtrate (50ppm) can be reused to reduce emissions.
3. Compared with traditional filtering equipment, it saves more than 90% of energy consumption, has low energy consumption, and has low operating costs.
4. Compared with traditional ceramic filters, it adds filter cake washing, which is suitable for materials that need to be washed.
5. Adopting PLC and microcomputer combined with automatic valve control, with high degree of automation and reduced labor intensity.
6. Compact structure, small footprint, easy installation and maintenance.
7. The adopted drainage system can be used under any working conditions.
Application scope:
At present, it has been widely used in the dewatering of concentrates and tailings of non-ferrous metals, rare metals, black metals, non-metallic minerals, as well as in the chemical industry for the dewatering of oxides, electrolytic slag, leaching slag, slag, and the treatment of environmental wastewater, sludge, and waste acid. Materials with fineness ranging from -200 to -450 mesh and various ultrafine materials (specific gravity ≥ 1) can be dehydrated.
