Cardboard stiffness testerFeatures:
1. The instrument is designed based on the principle of static balance of torque on the center of the shaft. The stiffness value of the specimen is obtained by measuring the force or moment required to bend the specimen clamped at one end to a given angle. The bending force of the specimen acts on a constant bending length.
2. The instrument is a special testing device designed based on the two-point loading method and the principle of torque balance. The instrument is composed of a transmission part, a measuring part, and a supporting and mounting base part.
3. The transmission part is driven by an electric motor through an intermediate transmission chain to the angle plate, which rotates to drive the paper pushing frame to work.
4. The measuring part consists of a force plate, an angle plate, a diamond shaped pendulum, a paper gripper, a paper pushing frame, and other components. The motor drives the angle plate to rotate, and the paper pushing frame on the angle plate rotates together with it. The paper pushing small round stick on the paper pushing frame contacts the sample and pushes it to bend. The sample is clamped in the gripper jaws, and the gripper is installed on a diamond shaped swinging body. Under the rigidity of the sample itself, the sample is subjected to force while the diamond shaped swinging body is also subjected to torque. Under the torque, the swinging body is pushed and rotated. When the relative angle between the swinging body and the angle plate reaches 15 ° (or 7.5 °), it stops, and the system reaches torque balance. The angle dial zero line will indicate the torque value of the tested sample, expressed in mN · m.
The measurement range of the instrument is (1-500) mN · m, and the entire measurement range is divided into seven levels. The weight * mass and force dial division values for each level are shown in the following table:
