Capping machineThis is a desktop three blade cyclone equipment with a stainless steel appearance, which is safe and convenient to operate. During operation, the bottle being capped does not rotate, and three cyclone blades are evenly distributed at 120 ° to rotate and seal the capping. The handle is designed with a spring structure, and the distance between the three blades can be fine tuned. It has strong adaptability and high capping yield, making it an ideal choice for hospitals, laboratories, and small pharmaceutical factories.

Specific operating methods
1. Place the bottle filled with liquid and capped onto the lower tray, lean against the V-shaped support block, hold the bottle with one hand, and tighten the handle downwards with the other hand. At this point, the tray lifts the bottle upwards until the cap is tightly pressed against the capping head.
2. After the bottle cap is tightly pressed against the capping head, the three continuously rotating capping blades rotate several times to tighten the bottle cap. The motor must run clockwise.
3. Push the handle forward to make the rolled lid return to its original position with the tray. The entire operation process is completed. Repeat the above operation for each bottle cap rolled in the future.

Adjustment of the capping head
This machine is equipped with multiple capping heads, which can be selected according to the size of different bottle caps. Before formal use, you can try using a bottle.
1. The lid is not tightly rolled, you can unscrew the locking nut of the lid head in a counterclockwise direction to remove the upper lid head, and then tighten the upper fixing nut.
2. The lid is rolled too tightly and there is a phenomenon of unscrewing the bottle cap. You can unscrew the locking nut of the upper rolling cover head and screw it clockwise into the upper rolling cover head, then lock the upper fixing nut.
3. The lower edge of the bottle cap cannot be tightened, and the eccentricity of the three rolling blades can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation. If the bottle is too tight and crushed, the eccentricity of the three rolling blades can be adjusted appropriately.
