The main components of the pump are: pump body 1; Direct connection frame 2: impeller 4: mechanical seal component 9: Y series with shaft extension motor 12, etc.
The pump cover and pump body of this type are cast as one, and the impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft, and fixed with impeller nut 10 and outer tongue stop washer 7.
The water pump adopts a mechanical seal. In order to prevent liquid from flowing into the motor due to damage to the mechanical seal, the motor shaft is equipped with a water blocking ring 5.
The outlet of the pump body is usually facing upwards or sideways. In this case, simply loosen the bolts between the pump body and the straight frame, and rotate the pump body.
CZ type pump does not come with a base. Users can adjust the cement pier or steel frame support base according to the position of the anchor hole of the direct connection frame. When using, there should be support below the pump body, and the weight of the suction pipeline components should be supported separately and not pressed on the water pump.
