CUBE-II Plus desktop scanning electron microscope 2020/07/28 EM Crafts Cube series desktop scanning electron microscope, is a compact desktop scanning electron microscope. Different from the bulky body of traditional scanning electron microscopes, the Cube series has a small footprint and good portability. SEM devices can be moved freely according to customer service guidelines. The EmCrafts Cube series offers a desktop SEM with a 5-axis concentric sample stage (electric or manual). Center tilt is crucial for 3D reconstruction functionality. EmCrafts CUBE-II product technology highlights: high resolution, as excellent as traditional SEM, high space utilization and portability, easy to move. Can be installed anywhere without waiting: exhaust for 90 seconds/exhaust for 10 seconds. Highly reliable high-pressure components can be installed without aligning with the electron gun.
