Overview
CT-NANO 2018/10/11 CT-NANO is a multifunctional X-ray microscope based on scanning electron microscopy technology and using an X-ray source. CT-NANO has nano CT measurement function, which can directly convert the detector and size optimized field of view. A high-precision robotic arm is set up in the sample chamber to ensure the movement of the detection target. Suitable for fields such as materials science, semiconductors, petroleum, natural gas, life sciences, and industry. It provides a voxel size range of 30nm to 10 μ m, a geometric magnification of up to 50nm (FWHM), and a photon energy of 30keV. The EDS detector provides additional correlation between the XRF signal of the sample and the reconstructed volume of CT-NANO.
