It combines a carbon dioxide incubator with a shaker and can be widely used in the fields of biology and medical research. It is the most advanced cultivation device for biological cultivation before entering the fermentation tank, suitable for vigorous oscillation cultivation of bacteria, fungi, yeast and other microorganisms, as well as meeting the mild conditions required for cell culture. The inner liner of this machine is treated with high-quality 304 stainless steel electro polishing, and the outer shell is made of electrolytic galvanized sheet surface sprayed, which is beautiful and elegant. Its microcomputer control system ensures accurate and intuitive temperature control, making operation extremely convenient.CO2 constant temperature shaker, specially designed for suspended cell culture, manufactured to the high standards of CO2 incubators. 3: Environmental requirements for instrument use:

4: Main operating instructions

Read the instrument manual before use

  1. Connect the carbon dioxide cylinder. Connect the carbon dioxide pressure reducing valve to the carbon dioxide cylinder, connect the silicone hose to the copper interface at the back of the box and tie it with a wire buckle. Open the air valve and pressure reducing valve on the cylinder (note: due to the low gas consumption of the incubator, only slightly open the air valve and pressure reducing valve, or place the hose close to your ear before connecting the box, as long as there is a small airflow sound, then connect the hose to the box). To prevent the connection box and the hose inside the box from bursting, do not open the pressure too high. The pressure on the pressure reducing valve should be less than 0.1P.
  2. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch of the incubator, and the upper screen shows the carbon dioxide control screen, so all parameters on the upper screen except for carbon dioxide are invalid. Then adjust the required carbon dioxide concentration parameters for the experiment according to the instructions for using carbon dioxide; The lower screen is the temperature and speed control screen. Adjust the temperature and speed required for the experiment according to the instructions of the constant temperature shaker controller. (If the instrument manufacturer is listed in the instrument manual, please feel free to contact them directly if you have any questions.)
  3. There should be no gas other than air inside the box!!!

Five:CO2 cultivation shakerMain faults and their solutions

  1. No power indication: Check the power supply and fuse of the instrument. If both are normal, check the main power switch and replace the faulty part.
  2. The concentration of carbon dioxide cannot reach the set value: Check if the fast charging (FC) and slow charging (SC) indicator lights on the carbon dioxide controller are on. If they are not on, it indicates that the carbon dioxide controller is faulty (repaired by the manufacturer). If the controller is normal, check if the gas valve of the carbon dioxide cylinder is open or opened very small, and check if the hose connecting the box has burst due to high pressure. If it bursts, replace it.
  3. Alarm for excessive concentration of carbon dioxide: If the intake pressure is too high, simply reduce it.
  4. Overtemperature alarm: Check if the refrigeration system is functioning properly (except when the compressor is automatically protected due to prolonged operation)
  5. Other faulty instruments will display, please compare and check according to the instrument display.

6: Safety Tips

If flammable, explosive or combustible solutions are used as experimental objects and mishandled, accidents may occur. In addition, due to functional and characteristic reasons, if used at high temperatures, it will affect the performance and cause malfunctions.

When carbon dioxide gas is used for control, it is necessary to ensure good indoor ventilation, as the concentration of carbon dioxide will increase in a closed environment, and higher concentrations of carbon dioxide can cause harm to the human body.

Due to the occasional growth of mold during the cultivation process, in order to ensure that the culture is not contaminated and the biological cleanliness of the box is maintained, the instrument is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization function. The lamp tube is located in the upper right corner of the instrument. When sterilization is needed, turn on the sterilization lamp. When cleaning the instrument, be sure to turn off the sterilization lamp to avoid harm to the human body!!!
