Improved imaging and operation methods, more conducive to cell culture
The Olympus CKX53 has made improvements in imaging quality and user convenience, and its stable performance greatly enhances the efficiency of cell culture operations. Whether it is applications such as live cell observation, cell sampling and processing, or image acquisition and fluorescence observation, CKX53 can meet various needs in multiple aspects.
CKX53 Olympus Biological MicroscopeFeatures:
Observation of live cells
CKX53 adopts a long-life LED light source and iPC system, which can easily obtain high-definition, high contrast, and high repeatability wide field of view images. In addition, the recently developed inversion contrast (VC) technology can provide clear images with a three-dimensional sense.
Cell sampling and processing
Thanks to the compact appearance and lightweight body of CKX53, cell sampling and processing in the ultra clean table are easier and more efficient. The front operation buttons, simple and easy-to-use stage and specimen holder have significantly improved the overall performance and usability of CKX53.
image acquisition
CKX53 comes with a standard camera interface, which, when paired with an Olympus camera, allows for easy acquisition of images using bright field illumination, phase contrast, newly developed contrast, and fluorescence observation methods.
Fluorescence observation
CKX53 is equipped with replaceable color filter lenses, providing users with more choices for fluorescent dyes. The performance of the color filter mirror group has been improved, and even in weak fluorescence conditions, high contrast and high signal-to-noise ratio fluorescence images can be obtained. In addition, CKX53 is equipped with a 100W mercury lamp light source to provide bright fluorescence.
