Compared with sand and gravel production lines with similar specifications and production capacity mainly using jaw crushers, the two-stage crushing has been changed to one-stage crushing, combining coarse and fine crushing into one. In the production process of crushed stone for medium hard materials below 250MPa, a box type crusher has replaced the coarse and fine two-stage jaw crushers, greatly reducing equipment investment and improving the economic efficiency of the stone factory. This machine overcomes the weaknesses of other hammer breaking machines, such as fast hammer wear and high wear of vulnerable parts, due to the large mass and large moment of inertia of a single hammer head. The box crusher can directly crush materials with a side length of 450-1200 millimeters into powder like ore with a particle size of 80 millimeters. It can resist the crushing of materials such as limestone, rock, gypsum, coal gangue, etc. with a pressure not exceeding 200 megapascals without blocking or jamming, and can also be used as a secondary crusher. This product is mainly used in various industries such as mining, cement, building materials, and chemical engineering, and is also a must-have equipment for crushing stones.

The frame of the box crusher is a three part structure, and maintenance operations such as replacing plate hammers, crushing plates, and lining plates can be carried out by simply opening the rear casing of the crusher. The interchangeability of components in box crushers is strong, and the variety of vulnerable parts is limited, making it easy to purchase and manage spare parts. The hydraulic opening device is used for opening and closing the casing, which can effectively reduce maintenance labor intensity, improve maintenance work efficiency, and shorten maintenance work time. The monitoring system of the box crusher can monitor the operation status of the crusher at any time, and the monitoring signals can be interlocked with the main control system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the machine. The drive system of the box crusher adopts the method of electric motor+mechanical coupling+V-belt+crusher, which can effectively improve the starting performance of the motor and enable the motor to start and run smoothly. The belt transmission method can provide dual overload protection, requiring low motor power for the drive system and greatly reducing operating costs. This driving scheme is an economical, practical, high-performance, safe and reliable driving scheme.

Working principle of box crusher

The stone material falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stone material will form vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple impacts, friction, powder crushing, and finally crushing to the required particle size.
