Enamel layer resistance to hot water erosion tester

<Enamel Hot Water Corrosion Resistance Test Device>This equipment complies with QB/T2590-2003/standard

Made of borosilicate glass with chemical stability that meets the requirements of GB/T 12416.2, capable of withstanding sudden temperature changes with a temperature difference greater than 120 ℃. Its main dimensions are shown in Figure A.2

A. 2.2 Reflux condenser tube

Use a serpentine water jacket cold fitting pipe that meets the requirements of QB/T 2109, with a length of 400mm and a standard frosted joint

A. 2.3 Slow Boiling Device

Made of borosilicate glass with chemical stability that meets the requirements of GB/T 12416.2, with standard dense sand joints

Basic requirement 1.1 for enamel powder testing of water heaters

2. Equipment Function 2.1 Meets the technical requirements specified in the enamel powder standard for water heaters.

3. Enterprise standard testing content (some typical)

3.1 Weight loss resistance to boiling water: 1. Take a (10mm * 10mm) sample, make four enamel samples, number them separately, weigh and record them.

3.2. Install the four samples at the bottom of the boiling water resistant glass container, inject 500ml of water into each container, and check the sealing condition of the connections.

3.3. Inject 450ml of water into each of the four qualified boiling water resistant sample fixtures for leak detection, and then connect them to the testing instrument.

3.4. Turn on the power and heat the tester. When water bubbles just appear on the surface, adjust the power of the tester immediately and maintain this state for 24 hours. The next day, change the water again and maintain the above test. On the third day, repeat the experiment.

3.5. After 504 hours (21 days), remove all four samples, weigh them, and record their respective weight losses.

3.6. Re weigh and install the above four samples onto the testing fixture, continue the above method for 21 days of testing, and record the weight loss of each of the four samples again.

3.7. Calculation method for weight loss due to boiling water resistance: A=B/8/C, where the weight loss due to boiling water resistance is A, the weight loss of four samples for a total of 8 times is B, and the contact area between one sample and boiling water is C. 40x magnifying glass
