4、 Bell product testing is carried out according to the following steps:
4.01.Solution preparation: Prepare a solution with a pH value of 11.0 ± 0.1 (a 0.004% NaOH solution can be used), and heat the solution to (45 ± 2) ℃;
4.02.Soaking: Fix the sample on the rotating device, then place the sample in the solution (with the center of the battery at a height of 300mm ± 10mm from the liquid surface) and soak for 0.5 hours. During the test, maintain the temperature of the solution at (45 ± 2) ℃;
4.03.Stirring: Fix the sample on a rotating device and rotate it in the solution for 0.5 hours at a speed of 60 r/min;
4.04.Dehydration: Remove the solution, rotate for 10 minutes at a speed of 800 r/min;
4.05.Drying: Place the sample in a high-temperature chamber and heat it for 0.5 hours at a temperature of (45 ± 2) ℃;
4.06.If the sample can still be charged and discharged, continue to perform one discharge and charging cycle according to the charging and discharging method specified in (1) and end the test; If the sample cannot continue to be charged and discharged, the test shall be terminated.
(1) Test charging program
The battery or battery pack should be charged according to the manufacturer's specified method.
Note: Before charging, the battery or battery pack should be discharged to the discharge cut-off voltage according to the manufacturer's specified method.
The battery or battery pack used for testing shall be discharged at a constant current according to the manufacturer's specified current until the discharge cut-off voltage.
