BSQ Rotary Decanter
Main purpose:
Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR), also known as Intermittent Aeration Process. It is a process of treating activated sludge in a single reaction tank according to the procedures of water inlet, aeration, sedimentation, and drainage. And the decanter is a specialized equipment in its drainage process. With the increasing maturity of SBR technology, decanters are also widely used in the treatment of urban sewage, process, printing and dyeing, chemical and other chemical industries.

During operation, it neither disturbs the settled sludge nor carries out the floating slag in the tank, ensuring the stability of the effluent indicators;

Structural principle:
The rotary decanter is composed of a collection tank, a slag blocking float, a branch pipe, a drainage main pipe, a rotary joint, an electric push rod, etc.
When starting to decant water, the electric push rod is slowly pushed down with variable frequency, and the speed of the push down is controlled by the decanting time and height. Upon reaching the lower limit travel switch, the motor stops working; After a few seconds (which can be adjusted by the time regulator), the motor reverses and quickly pulls up at the power frequency speed. After reaching the upper limit, touch the upper limit travel switch and the motor stops working. A decanting cycle ends. Waiting for the start of the next cycle, this time is also executed using a time regulator.
