4 Instructions for Use

1. Determine the installation location of the lighting fixtures based on the on-site environment and lighting needs, and prepare three core cables of corresponding length according to the distance from the lighting fixtures to the 220V power supply.

2. Thread the 2-meter three core cable provided with the lamp through the steel pipe and secure the lamp.

3. Insert a suitable screwdriver or other tool into the two protruding holes on the electrical box cover, and unscrew the electrical box cover. Loosen the clamping nut of the cable inlet of the ballast box, and thread the lamp cable and the incoming power cable through the clamping nut and into the ballast box respectively.

4. Connect the lighting fixtures and power supply cables according to the wiring diagram inside the box, and close the top cover of the ballast box. Connect the other end of the input cable of the ballast box to a 220V power supply according to explosion-proof requirements to achieve lighting.

5. When replacing the light bulb, simply rotate the lamp housing clockwise to separate it from the upper cover, remove the bulb, replace it with a new bulb, and install the lamp in the opposite direction.

Five Precautions

1. When in use, there is a certain temperature rise on the surface of the lamp, which is a normal phenomenon; The center temperature of the transparent component is relatively high and should not be touched directly by hand.

2. When replacing the light bulb, the same model of light bulb should be used; If the bulb model or power is changed, the ballast should be replaced accordingly.

3. When the distance between the lamp and the ballast exceeds 2 meters, the cable needs to be replaced.

Warning: 1. It is strictly prohibited to open with a dot;

2. Non professionals are not allowed to install cables or dismantle lighting fixtures at will.
