Structure:
The outer shell of the box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate frame, with glass fiber as the insulation layer cushion, which has good insulation performance Adopting intelligent temperature controller and digital time relay, with high accuracy and intuitive and eye-catching features; In conjunction with solid-state relays, it has a continuous P.I.D adjustment function. When the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the output signal from the temperature controller to control it. The temperature can only be finely adjusted within the P.I.D temperature range for constant temperature operation, improving the temperature accuracy inside the box. The circuit is equipped with an over temperature protector. When the instrument fails or is operated incorrectly, causing the temperature to exceed the set value, the protector will immediately cut off the control power to ensure the safety of the test substance. The over temperature protector can be adjusted within the rated temperature range. The air circulation device in the studio promotes indoor air convection, which is beneficial for achieving more uniform temperature.
