Instrument Features

1. Fast measurement speed. The results are usually obtained within 5 to 8 minutes, and the entire process usually takes no more than 15 minutes.

3. There are many types of samples for measurement. It can measure both transparent and opaque samples, including Newtonian liquids such as heavy oil, residual oil, crude oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, cutting fluid, lubricating oil, and in use oil.

4. Accurate measurement data. The instrument has a secondary precise quantification function, which can automatically and accurately control the sample measurement conditions to ensure accurate data.

5. Automatic dual solvent cleaning. Clean quickly and efficiently, with low cleaning costs. A cleaning process generally consumes no more than 20 milliliters of cleaning solution.

6. Multiple auxiliary functions. Includes: constant calibration, temperature calibration, internal clock timing verification, automatic calculation of viscosity index, and automatic conversion of kinematic viscosity to Engler viscosity.

7. Dual over temperature protection for software and hardware, over temperature alarm, and anti dry burn protection function.

8. The temperature rise and fall speed is fast. The maximum heating and cooling rate is 5 ℃/minute.

10. Using PT500 high-precision temperature sensor, the temperature of the constant temperature bath is stable and accurate, with a temperature control accuracy of 0.01 ℃.
