Analysis principle: Analyze the nickel ion concentration in the plating solution through photoelectric induction principle
The pH value is measured by a pH electrode. Process of adding medicine:
1. The dosing pump pumps medication A, B, C, and pH regulator from the storage tank to the corresponding dosing chamber;
2. The host sends a dosing signal and opens the solenoid valve at the lower outlet of the dosing cylinder;
3. The medicine flows into the plating tank, and the dosing process is completed.

Column type dosing design, more accurate dosing amount, strictly follow the set ratio for dosing, and the dosing amount can be adjusted each time.
Defoamer function, eliminating the influence of bubbles on nickel content analysis.

Excellent cooling function, after the acidic plating solution is sampled and cooled, the liquid temperature can be reduced to around 35 ℃.
The dosing lag time setting function offsets the time required for the sampled plating solution to reach the sensor.

Equipped with manual/automatic selection buttons, easy to install and maintain.
With the C add stop button, you can choose to add two-component or three component concentrated solutions.
