1. SteriTransfer ™ The sterile transfer chamber uses hydrogen peroxide steam (VHPS) as a biological cleaning agent, which belongs to the low-temperature and atmospheric pressure cleaning process, efficient and hygienic. The hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization method is also included in the "sterilization method" in the pharmacopoeias of the United States, China and other countries;
2. SteriTransfer ™ The sterile transfer chamber is controlled by SIEMENS programmable logic controller (PLC) to automate the operation of various stages of the equipment, ensuring stable and reliable system operation;
During the biological decontamination and exhaust stage, the air sent into the cabin is filtered through an H14 HEP filter to prevent contamination of the material;
4. SteriTransfer ™ The sterile transfer chamber has an independent ventilation and residual removal unit, including a fan, pneumatic butterfly valve, and exhaust pipeline, which can quickly replace the hydrogen peroxide gas in the chamber and prevent it from entering the HAVC system;
5. The feeding and discharging are double door structures with pneumatic sealing, pneumatic locking, and double door interlocking functions in working state;
6. SteriTransfer ™ The sterile transfer chamber is equipped with a trolley type material support and its track system inside, which facilitates material loading and unloading;
7. The system has real-time monitoring functions for temperature, humidity, and pressure inside the cabin, and can be equipped with ports for detecting hydrogen peroxide gas concentration, dust particles, and planktonic bacteria;
