The folding tape packaging facilitates loading a package containing 150 films into the dispenser. One box contains 4 filter cartridges, each containing 150 filter membranes, or 1 filter cartridge contains 150 filter membranes and 150 Microfil funnels.
For precise testing and sample processing, and to ensure traceability, each membrane cell's transparent protective cover is printed with the membrane catalog number, batch number, sterilization and expiration date, pore size, and serial number (from 1 to 150). Unused films should still be safely packaged with folding straps. No special precautions are required, even if used after a long period of time. The combination of EZ Pak and Microfil disposable funnel devices optimizes safety, speed, and comfort.
