Scope of application:
Measure the flow rates of superheated steam, saturated steam, compressed air, gases such as nitrogen and oxygen, and liquids such as clean water and alcohol
Principle:

Features:
1. Easy to install and maintain (compared to throttling flow meters, there are no pressure pipes or three valve groups, reducing leakage, blockage, and freezing)

3. High accuracy (compared with differential pressure and float flow meters) is generally ± 1% R of the measured value

局限性：
Vortex flowmeter is not suitable for low Reynolds number measurement, and its application is limited in high viscosity, low flow rate, and small aperture situations
Select structure type based on purpose and purpose:

Select caliber based on flow range
1. When measuring liquids: the flow rate ranges from 0.8-5m/s. If it exceeds the limit significantly, choose a reduced diameter type.
2. When measuring gas, the flow rate should be between 8-45m/s. If it exceeds the limit significantly, a reduced diameter type should be selected.
Installation points:
Choosing the correct installation point and installing the sensor correctly are very important. If there are errors in the installation process, it can affect the measurement accuracy, the service life of the sensor, and even damage the sensor. The vortex flowmeter can be installed indoors or outdoors and connected to pipelines using flange clamps
Wiring, setting, and debugging
Wiring: RVVP3 * 0.5mm is used as the connecting wire between the vortex street and the integrator
Setting: Instrument coefficient, medium density, pressure transmitter range Pt100 for temperature and pressure compensation, with 4-20mA current output and flow display units (m3, L, t, Kg).
Debugging: Check if all parameter settings are correct.
