The ultrasonic guided wave non-destructive testing system developed by our company includes:
Circuit module for generating arbitrary waveforms of ultrasonic guided waves; High voltage excitation circuit module for stimulating piezoelectric transducers to generate ultrasonic guided waves; Working in Pulse echo mode with automatic switching of transmission and reception states, a self protective echo detection module, and related software containing dedicated algorithms.
This system integrates FPGA, embedded MCU, DDS, weak signal conditioning A/D、DC/DC、 High voltage excitation and other technologies constitute a complete ultrasonic guided wave non-destructive testing system.
Our company continuously tracks the development of ultrasonic guided wave non-destructive testing technology, which focuses the ultrasonic guided wave energy at the defect site through time-based inversion technology, thereby achieving accurate positioning of small defects. It is currently one of the most advanced technical product solutions in this field.

8-channel independent signal generation, excitation, and reception module
Arbitrary waveform generation circuit module: 35KHz~500KHz ultrasonic wave generation with arbitrary waveform
High voltage excitation circuit module: excitation voltage ≤ 400 V
