In 2013, the State Environmental Protection Administration explicitly stipulated that hydrochloric acid could no longer be used to clean aluminum templates. In order to respond to the call and solve the difficulties faced by aluminum formwork, our company was invited by a company in Shenzhen to visit, learn and research the aluminum alloy formwork industry in "South Korea" and "Germany" after nearly six months. In March 2014, we officially developed and manufactured an efficient automated aluminum template cleaning machine (also known as old aluminum template shot blasting machine, old aluminum alloy template shot blasting machine, etc.) for the aluminum alloy template industry. The workpiece is loaded and unloaded on the roller conveyor at the entrance and exit of the roller type shot blasting machine cleaning room, and falls intoaluminiumboardThe pellets and rust dust on top are blown by the blowing device, and the mixture of scattered pellets and dust is transported by the recovery screw to the chamber funnel, collected by the longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors at the lower part of the elevator, and then lifted to the separator at the upper part of the roller type shot blasting machine. The separated pure pellets fall into the separator hopper for shot blasting recycling. The dust generated during the shot blasting cleaning of the roller type shot blasting machine is sent to the dust removal system through the exhaust pipe. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the granular dust is captured and collected.

Operating instructions for roller shot blasting machine:
（1） Manual operation of roller shot blasting machine:
(1) Turn on the power.
(2) Turn the key button to ON.
(3) Turn the "manual/automatic" switch to the "manual" side.
(4) Press the 'PC power on' button.
(5) Manual operation can be performed to move various components. The shutdown sequence is opposite to the startup sequence.
（2） Automatic operation of roller shot blasting machine:
1. Power on:
a) Close the main power switch and each sub switch of the roller shot blasting machine, and connect the air source.
b) Turn the "manual/automatic" switch to the "automatic" side.
c) Close the key button of the roller shot blasting machine and press the "PC power on" button.
d) Press the 'Auto Start' button, and all motors will start in sequence before the preparation work is completed.
e) Place the workpiece on the feeding roller (the workpiece cannot be pressed onto the width measuring roller), wait for the "Preparation completed" light to turn on, press the "Forward rotation of the feeding roller" button, feed the workpiece, and the production line enters automatic operation mode.
2. Shutdown:
(1) After all the workpieces have been cleaned by the roller shot blasting machine, the machine should be shut down.
(2) Press the "Auto Stop" button on the main control panel, and all motors that are started before the preparation action is completed will stop in the reverse order of their starting sequence. The automatic operation process has ended.
(3) Press the 'PC power off' button.
(4) Disconnect the key button of the roller shot blasting machine.
(5) Disconnect the main power switch of the roller shot blasting machine.
