Polyethylene foam insulation material has a closed cell structure, which relies on the gas inside the closed cell for insulation rather than polyethylene material. It has excellent resistance to water vapor infiltration. The built-in vapor barrier formed is both an insulation layer and a vapor barrier layer, and no additional vapor barrier layer is required. The wet resistance factor ц value is much higher than other insulation materials. It can effectively prevent condensation from occurring.

Good fire resistance: Polyethylene foam material not only produces ordinary types but also flame retardant types (oxygen index ≥ 26), two types of insulation materials that can meet different fire protection requirements. Moreover, the smoke toxicity of this product is low in the existing foam thermal insulation materials and domestic similar products.

Weather resistance: Polyethylene foam pipe material has high adhesive viscosity, good stability, and can withstand 300 hours of artificial UV irradiation without any changes to the surface, resulting in a long service life.

Product Description:
This is a new type of environmentally friendly thermal insulation material that is soft, lightweight, and easy to install. It is made of aluminum plated film and polyethylene, processed by special machinery, and is odorless and non-toxic.

The middle polyethylene bubble layer can be equipped with multiple layers of polyethylene bubbles, with neatly arranged bubbles inside the layer. The diameter of the bubbles can be selected from 525mm, and the height can be selected from 2-7mm. Various colors or fire-resistant substances can be added to the bubble material. The outer protective layer can be coated with colored or composite polyethylene of various colors.

There are three main ways of heat conduction: radiation, conduction, and convection.

Not only does it solve the discomfort and environmental hazards caused by glass fiber and foam materials in the past, but it can also block ultraviolet rays that penetrate through iron sheets, concrete, wood, and ordinary insulation materials and enter the room. By combining the reflective and thermal properties of aluminum plated film material with polyethylene material, it not only has good insulation, heat reflection, thermal insulation, and anti radiation functions, but also plays a good role in moisture-proof, thermal insulation, and energy saving in building applications (roofs, walls, floors) through the characteristics of this material.
