Instrument Introduction
In conventional laboratory trace element analysis such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, AFS, GFAAS/AAS, the impurity content in experimental water, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, HF and other reagents often causes headaches and leads to deviations and errors in the analysis results. In order to obtain reliable analysis results and reduce the impurity content in various acid reagents, it has become particularly important!
The commercially available ultra pure acid is difficult to meet daily analytical needs due to its high price, procurement procedures and transportation difficulties, and unsuitable storage. Therefore, the self preparation and purification of high-purity acid reagents in the laboratory has become an economically feasible approach!
The BSB-939-IR acid distillation purifier (referred to as the "acid purifier") produced by Berghof in Germany is developed for various laboratory daily analysis requirements. It is a high-quality, high-efficiency, low-power, and intelligent controlled ultra pure acid preparation system. BSB-939-IR uses high-purity TFM-PTFE, PTFE material, and PFA reagent bottles, without any quartz or metal components, to eliminate potential problems of corrosion and secondary pollution. It is used for the preparation of ultrapure acids in trace analysis, purification of reagents, and other laboratory routine applications.
main features
1. Humanized structural design, easy to operate and use;
2. Intelligent control system enables unmanned operation and eliminates safety hazards;
3. Easy daily maintenance, no consumables, ultra-low operating power consumption;
4. Subboiling distillation automatically controls the dynamic balance between infrared radiation and evaporation.
Working principle
The acidic solution enters the equipment through the feed inlet, and after being strengthened by dilute acid, it undergoes neutralization reaction with impurities in an acidic environment, resulting in the neutralization or precipitation of impurities, thus achieving the purification purpose. Throughout the entire acidic process, the acidity of the acidic solution is generally pH<2. The purified acidic solution will continue to flow into the discharge port and be used in subsequent production. This device is mainly used for purifying acidic liquids in high-tech fields such as chemical drugs, electronic materials, and optoelectronic devices. It can effectively remove metals, ions, and trace impurities from them, improving their purity and stability.
