The digital servo proportional valve is directly executed in the sleeve, with position sensors and zero spool overlap, and can perform in closed-loop control at any position.
The integrated digital electronic driver performs hydraulic adjustment of valves based on reference signals and ensures interchangeability between valves through factory settings.
TEB basic execution, equipped with analog reference signals and USB ports for software function parameter settings.
TES is fully implemented, including optional backup P/Q controls and fieldbus interfaces for functional parameter settings, reference signals, and real-time diagnostics.
The digital TEZ (see technical table FS230) version integrates closed-loop axis control functionality, while the TEB and TES versions can be used in conjunction with remote Z-BM-KZ digital axis controllers (see technical table GS340).

According to applicable directives such as the EMC Directive on Immunity and Emissions, Atos digital proportional valves have CE markings.
The installation, wiring, and startup process must be carried out in accordance with the general provisions shown in the user manual accompanying the technical sheet F003 and E-SW - * programming software.

By using the Atos E-SW programming software connected to the digital drive via USB port, it is easy to set and optimize the functional parameters and configurations of the valve. For the fieldbus version, if the driver is connected to the * machine unit through the fieldbus, the software also allows parameter settings for the valve through the USB port.
The main settings for valve functional parameters and configuration are:
-Deviation, proportion, slope, jitter
Linearization function, used for hydraulic adjustment
Setting of PID gain
Select analog input/output range
-Complete driver status diagnosis
-Internal oscilloscope function
On site firmware update via USB port
The software provides different versions based on the options of the driver program:
