Drop 2-3 drops of sample refractometer prism surface → Press the START button → The measured value and temperature will be displayed within 3 seconds

Basic Maintenance Techniques

1. Please prepare necessary tools: tissues, alcohol, cotton swabs, water, etc;

2. You can wet the refractometer housing with a tissue first and clean it. Stubborn dirt can be wiped with alcohol.

3. You can first clean the refractometer prism with pure water.

4. Then use a cotton swab to stick some alcohol on it and clean the prism. Note that the cotton swab head can only be wiped along the prism. After wiping, please switch to another side and rinse it with water.

5. Afterwards, pure water can be used to verify whether the refractometer has been cleaned.

As long as the refractometer is kept clean regularly and simple cleaning work is carried out after operation and use, the service life of the instrument can be extended.
