It is a necessary new equipment for coking plants, universities, research institutions, and inspection agencies to improve coke quality, select coking coal reasonably, and reduce coke production costs. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional box type test coke ovens, absorbs the advantages of foreign test coke ovens, and is currently the ideal generation of test coke ovens in China. The mechanical strength indicators (M10, M25, M40), coke reactivity CRI, and post reaction strength CSR of the coke produced by this equipment have a good correlation with the production of coke ovens. At the same time, it has a series of advantages such as environmental protection, small footprint, no need for civil engineering installation in the laboratory, full process computer control, program monitoring and operation, etc.
