ACTAS Circuit Breaker Switch TesterIntroduction:
The ACTAS series circuit breaker testing and analysis system is manufactured by KoCoS Messtechnik AG in Germany.
From fixed fully automatic circuit breaker factory testing equipment to portable on-site testing equipment, ACTAS series products can test and analyze the main electrical and mechanical characteristic parameters of all types of circuit breakers.
ACTAS is applicable to high and medium voltage circuit breakers; GIS; Load switch; Testing of isolation switches and grounding switches, etc. The testing system can be used for on-site experiments and laboratories.
The important features of the ACTAS series products are durability and multi-faceted real-time processing capabilities. They use advanced 32/128 bit DSP processing technology and LOC circuits (linear opto couplers) applied to all analog channels, ensuring normal testing of the instrument even in harsh electromagnetic interference environments.
Introduction to ACTAS Px Series:
ACTAS P22, as the * configuration of this series of products, can not only complete the testing of metal contact circuit breakers, but also complete the testing of non-metallic contact (graphite contact) circuit breakers. It is the testing equipment currently available on the market that uses Siemens' dynamic operation time calculation method. The dynamic time measurement method is suitable for circuit breakers with non-metallic contacts such as graphite. The circuit breaker can measure the contact action time when both ends are grounded.
The ACTAS P3/P6/P14 series testing equipment is equipped with different testing channels and is used for testing metal contact circuit breakers. Adapt to the testing requirements of different users. The equipment is equipped with an external port "DMO Ctrl" that can be connected to KoCoS's circuit resistance tester PROMET for static and dynamic resistance measurement, with a current of up to 600A.

ACTAS software package
In addition to high-quality hardware, the ACTAS software package is a product of a combination of world-renowned switch manufacturers (such as ABB, Siemens, ALSTOM, Schneider, etc.) and engineering teams with years of switch testing experience This software is an advanced testing software that can conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of circuit breakers, GIS, etc., including time, synchronization, speed, stroke, overtravel, bounce, buffering, coil performance parameters, motor performance parameters, etc. By setting the upper and lower limits of the testing parameters, the software automatically alarms and prompts for exceeding the limit values. Can complete customized test project sequences for users and conduct mechanical life tests on test objects. ASCII code and ACCESS data that can output test data. This testing system not only meets the functional and operational requirements of the switch manufacturer's quality system, but also meets the needs of on-site testing By using the same system, switch manufacturers and users can easily and directly compare the test data and results.
