Overview

The product description 821S has ten identical capillaries and one precision balance adjuster. Multiple capillary tubes can be selected for measuring the distance gas flow, while the diluent flows through the remaining capillary tubes to produce a ratio. Due to the physical properties of analytical techniques, many types of gas analyzers are inherently nonlinear. The photometric analyzer (NDIR, NDUV, FTIR/spectrophotometer) needs to be linearized before leaving the factory, and then linearized regularly during use. Other analyzers with higher linearity also need to be regularly checked for linearity during use. This should be part of the QA/QC system.
