The SDX-60L planetary stirrer is used for dispersion and mixing of solid-liquid and liquid-liquid phases; Due to its extremely high output torque, it is particularly suitable for products with high viscosity, such as adhesives, polyurethane, silicone, silver aluminum paste, and so on.

working principle:

After the barrel wall is precision processed by a large vertical lathe, it is then polished by a large automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper on the planetary carrier completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall during rotation, leaving no residual material on the barrel wall and improving the mixing effect. Customizable vacuum type allows materials to be stirred under vacuum to achieve defoaming function, and can also be fed under vacuum, which not only reduces material loss but also ensures the hygiene of the feed. The stirring blades inside the bucket simultaneously rotate and self rotate, allowing the materials to be mixed extremely evenly and greatly improving efficiency compared to ordinary mixers.

Heating, cooling, and constant temperature control can also be carried out according to the temperature requirements during stirring.
