3nh YS spectrophotometer * testing componentIt is an accessory developed by Shenzhen Tianyouli Standard Light Source Co., Ltd. for measuring liquids, powders, pastes, and particles in conjunction with YS series spectrophotometers. It is widely used in scientific research, food, new materials, coatings, plastics, and other fields. It has a good effect on analyzing the color of liquids and is lightweight, fast, accurate, and user-friendly.

Scope of use: Can be used for high concentration liquid reagents, sauces (such as tomato sauce, coatings), powders (such as coffee), etc
Measurement of reflection color of products.
1、 Component structure
As shown in Figure 1, the structure of the YS * test component is as follows:
(1) Base, (2) Base baffle, (21) Base baffle pin, (3) Bracket, (31) Bracket measuring port, (4) Coloring dish, (5) Cover
Plate, (6) rotatable pressure plate, (7) push plate, (8) screw.

2、 Usage method
Use as follows:
1. The YS testing component should be used in conjunction with the YS series spectrophotometer. Before use, the YS series spectrophotometer should be used in black and white
Board calibration.
2. Place the YS series colorimeter according to Figure 2, and ensure that the measuring port of the colorimeter is connected to the measuring port of the (31) bracket
Align the two (21) base baffle pins with the reference hole of the YS colorimeter base plate, then press the (7) push plate against the colorimeter and tighten the (8) screw
Thread, check if the colorimeter is loose. If it is loose, be sure to tighten the (8) screw again.
3. Place the (41) colorimetric dish containing the test sample into the (3) bracket. Gently push open the (6) rotatable pressure plate and gently insert it into the (41) ratio
Color dish, one side of the colorimetric dish is tightly attached to the measuring port of the instrument, and the other side is compressed by a (6) rotatable pressure plate; Note that the height of the liquid in the colorimetric dish should be greater than the testing port
The fitting height of the diameter (i.e. the sample height reaches more than half a cup).

4. Cover the (5) cover plate to ensure a completely black environment inside the colorimetric dish.
After completing the above steps, the YS series colorimeter can be used to measure the reflectance chromaticity of the sample.
