Technical parameters of 180 ℃ water transport mold temperature machine
The high-temperature water returning from the mold is pumped back to the mold temperature machine through a pipeline, pressurized by a pump, and then transported to the heater. It is then heated by an electric heating tube and sent to the mold, circulating in this way. During this process, if the temperature of the high-temperature water is too high, the system will activate the solenoid valve, and the cooling water will enter the system to directly cool the high-temperature water, reducing its temperature and achieving the goal of constant temperature. If the temperature of the high-temperature water is too high and still maintained at the set temperature of the RGO (Over Temperature Protector), the system will activate a high-temperature alarm and stop working; If the cooling water pressure does not meet the set requirements, the pressure switch sends a low pressure signal, and the system starts a low pressure alarm and stops working.
