Design and Construction Technical Requirements

4.1 The walls of the clean area are made of hollow glass magnesium color steel plates, with a total thickness of 50mm and a surface steel plate thickness of 0.426mm. The partition height is detailed in the plan drawing

4.2 The ceiling of the clean area adopts hollow glass magnesium rock color steel plate, with a thickness of 50mm for the whole plate, 0.426mm for the surface wall steel plate, and a ceiling height of 2.6m

4.3 The purification workshop adopts anti-static epoxy self leveling

4.4 The air shower room adopts manual doors; The air shower room has automatic sensing sprinkler head and air shower time setting function; The air shower and cargo shower chambers are equipped with stainless steel plates for their internal nozzles, and the external panels are made of painted steel plates

4.5 The workshop door is made and installed with hollow glass magnesium color steel plate, and the decoration is fixed and installed with aluminum profiles. For those with windows, fire-resistant tempered glass is used All door locks use ball locks

4.6 In the purification workshop, groove type aluminum profiles are installed at the corners between partitions and between partitions and the ground to meet dust prevention and aesthetic requirements; The disconnection at the entrance should be closed with a plug; At the corners between partitions, positive arc aluminum profiles are installed, and at the intersection of the arcs, transition arc aluminum alloy profiles are used for connection

4.7 The observation window and the window above the door are both made of 5mm fire-resistant tempered glass; Flat open sealed doors with observation windows, and door frames should have sealing strips; Aluminum alloy fixed windows are fixed with inclined glass profiles. The installation method of doors and windows is shown in the detailed drawing

Before installation, strict wiring must be carried out to prevent accumulated errors from causing the partition to tilt or twist; The corners of the wall should be vertically connected, and the deviation of the verticality of the partition should not exceed 0.2%

During construction and installation, the first row of hanging and anchoring devices should be fixed to the main decoration of the building (ground, floor, ceiling)

The installation gaps of partitions, as well as the gaps between internal and external corners, must be sealed with transparent glass Before embedding the glass adhesive, impurities, oil stains, etc. in the gaps should be cleaned up and the surface should be kept dry

During the installation process, the plastic protective film on the surface of the color steel plate must not be torn off. It is prohibited to impact or step on the pedal surface, and attention should be paid to strengthening the protection of the already installed color steel plate

4.12 All building components, partition walls, and suspended ceilings must be connected to the main structure only and cannot be connected to equipment brackets (such as air duct hangers and vibrating equipment) or pipeline brackets to prevent decoration materials from loosening and dust from falling off due to slight vibrations

4.13 The installation of suspended ceilings should ensure the airtightness of the ceiling, and all joints should be sealed with sealant or tape strips

4.14 Various pipelines passing through walls should be pre embedded with sleeves, and the gaps between pipelines and sleeves should be tightly sealed

4.15 The unmarked dimensions of the door opening are 150mm away from the wall or edge

4.16 The base layer of the ground is made of fine aggregate concrete, and the unevenness of the ground should not exceed 0.1%. Before construction, the cement slurry and garbage on the surface should be removed, the oil stains on the surface should be removed, the accumulated water should be removed, the damp areas should be dried, and the dust on the floor surface should be removed with a paintbrush and vacuum cleaner. The holes and obvious depressions on the floor surface should be leveled

During the construction process, dust must be cleaned at all times, and cleaning records should be kept for hidden spaces (such as ceilings and interior walls)

4.18 The walls of rooms with suspended ceilings are separated from the suspended ceiling, and the partition walls between adjacent rooms with different suspended ceiling heights are built to be flush with the adjacent suspended ceiling
