mechb2bWhat is the design of a large volume constant temperature and humidity laboratory system
Large volume constant temperature and humidity laboratoryIt is to adopt an intelligent control mode to achieve functions such as cooling, dehumidification, heating, and humidification of the unit, thereby achieving control over indoor environmental temperature and humidity. Mainly used in textile testing systems, paper testing, metrological calibration, coating testing, packaging testing, precision machining, coordinate measuring, scientific research institutions, etc.
Large volume constant temperature and humidity laboratorySystem Design
1) Control area. In some production and experimental processes, it is necessary to control the temperature and humidity of the entire room. But more often than not, strict control is only required for specific production and experimental areas.
2) Reference temperature and humidity. Many production and experimental requirements require a fixed and constant reference temperature and humidity. For example, many measurement experiments require a reference temperature of 22 ℃, and some textile production and experimental requirements require a reference relative humidity of 65%. There are also some special experimental processes and climate chambers that require the indoor reference temperature and humidity to be adjusted within a large range according to experimental requirements. At this time, it is necessary to confirm the range and time of change.
3) Temperature and humidity accuracy. The accuracy of temperature and humidity generally includes two requirements, namely the time change rate and uniformity of a single control point. In the parameter confirmation stage, it is necessary to clarify the meaning of accuracy requirements. Uniformity requirements are generally aimed at temperature accuracy and can be proposed in the form of vertical and horizontal temperature gradient requirements.
4) New air requirements. The requirements for fresh air are generally based on the number of indoor workers. Fresh air causes disturbance to the indoor environment, so the determination of fresh air volume should be as reasonable and accurate as possible. Due to the high number of air changes required in a generally constant temperature and humidity environment, the method of determining the minimum fresh air ratio cannot be used.
5) Reliability requirements. In certain situations where the experimental period is long or important, there are clear requirements for the reliability of a constant temperature and humidity environment, such as requiring the system to operate continuously and uninterrupted for a certain period of time. At this point, consideration needs to be given to the backup of the equipment.
6) Others. Some electronic pharmaceutical experimental environments have strict requirements for purification levels. Some experiments require strict control of noise and vibration. It may also be required to maintain a certain positive or negative pressure indoors.
