On May 28, 2026, Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jingxing Paper Industry") successfully launched TM7, which is another fruitful achievement of the two parties working together for 21 years.
Huazhang Technology provides transmission systems and DCS control systems for TM7, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Meichen provides dilution water hydraulic headboxes and shaking machines to ensure better paper uniformity, lower operating energy consumption, and stronger vehicle speed stability, thereby improving paper quality and production efficiency.
As one of the key projects of Jingxing Paper's annual production of 50000 tons of recycled and environmentally friendly household paper, this project has achieved a green cycle of "paper to paper". The water consumption and fiber loss rate per ton of paper have been controlled at the leading level in the industry. After being put into operation, the enterprise's production capacity has reached a new level, and its competitiveness has been significantly enhanced. Huazhang Technology not only participates in the planning and commissioning of the production line, but also closely follows the development needs of Jingxing Paper Industry, cooperates in operation and maintenance support, iterative upgrading, and even provides full life cycle services to help customers transform and upgrade from "Jingxing Manufacturing" to "Jingxing Intelligent Manufacturing", and embark on a new path of green industry with coordinated economic, ecological, and social benefits.
