In his speech, Chen Mailin, the head of Huawei's Fujian Digital Energy Business Department, pointed out that China's new energy installed capacity currently ranks first in the world. As an important battlefield for energy transformation along the southeast coast, Fujian has achieved multi-point development of offshore photovoltaics, fishery photovoltaics, and distributed photovoltaics. The environmental characteristics of high temperature and humidity, coastal salt spray, and complex terrain, combined with the deepening of electricity marketization reform, have put forward higher requirements for the safety, reliability, efficient operation and maintenance, and stable revenue of power plants. Digitization, intelligence, lean, and standardization have become the inevitable choices for Fujian's photovoltaic operation and maintenance to break through and increase efficiency. Huawei will continue to build an open, innovative, and win-win operation and maintenance ecosystem, helping Fujian build a more efficient, cleaner, more economical, and safer modern energy system.
Feng Xiaoqiang, Minister of Huawei China Digital Energy Professional Services Department, interpreted the achievements of high-quality service system construction. The team adheres to the concept of "high quality, digitalization, and full life cycle", and has launched a photovoltaic technology renovation plan for old power stations. It has completed the transformation of inverters and grid adaptability upgrades for over 300 power stations, helping old power stations to regain new vitality; Develop simulation modeling solutions to meet the requirements of the new national standard and safeguard the investment returns of property owners. At the same time, the team is based on the needs of customers in Fujian, working together with partners to continuously deepen local services and jointly promote high-quality and sustainable development of the regional photovoltaic industry.
Qiu Hanjie, Director of Huawei Fujian Digital Energy Technology Services and Operations Department, introduced the upgrade strategy of Fujian's service system. Huawei has established a "systematic, standardized, and three-dimensional" service system: in terms of proactive operation and maintenance, it plans to complete inspections of over 200 industrial and commercial power stations by 2025 and 100% coverage of industrial and commercial storage inspections by 2026; In terms of full chain services, relying on the nationwide spare parts warehouse and intelligent customer service to achieve 7 × 24-hour response; In terms of high-risk scenario management, special measures such as high temperature and high humidity warning, weed removal reminder, and salt spray prevention maintenance have been launched for scenarios such as high temperature and high humidity, lush vegetation, and coastal salt spray.
Faced with industry pain points such as frequent failures, low efficiency, and difficulty in adapting to new national standards in old photovoltaic power plants, Liu Jia, a business expert from Huawei China's Digital Energy Professional Services Department, pointed out that by implementing inverter replacement and system upgrade, it can effectively help old power plants rejuvenate. Meanwhile, relying on Huawei's nationwide spare parts network and rapid response system, Huawei continues to improve its full chain service model. This mode closely combines technical transformation and upgrading with long-term operation guarantee to help customers reduce operational risks and improve quality and efficiency.
In the field of light storage integration innovation, Huawei Fujian Digital Energy Partner and Minister of Ecological Development Cai Linxi shared about "stock allocation and storage". In the context of the market-oriented reform of electricity in Fujian, optimizing the power consumption mode of the plant through "photovoltaic+energy storage" and achieving peak valley arbitrage has become a key path for existing power stations to explore the second growth curve. Huawei will use the "smart microgrid+virtual power plant" solution to aggregate distributed resources for power trading, helping Fujian industrial parks, data centers and other scenarios achieve stable power supply and comprehensive energy management, and promoting the continuous expansion of the integration of light and storage.
Nie Chenglong, Service Director of Shenzhen Hengtongyuan Environmental Protection and Energy saving Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the deep cooperation between Hengtongyuan and Huawei. The company has been deeply involved in the field of digital energy for 23 years and has been focusing on optical storage and charging business since its cooperation with Huawei in 2015. In the future, Hengtongyuan will continue to deepen the "equipment+service" model and collaborate with Huawei to provide full lifecycle services to customers in Fujian, empowering the high-quality development of the photovoltaic storage and charging industry.
High Peng, the R&D Director of Hangzhou Pinlian Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the end-to-end solution for key grid related performance verification of photovoltaic power plants, including AGC/AVC, primary frequency regulation transformation, and new scenarios. This solution covers 24 provinces across the country and can quickly adapt to various equipment, helping customers efficiently complete grid related performance improvement, avoid grid connection assessment risks, and provide customers with worry free and efficient grid related performance improvement services.
Wang Fangzhang, the Operations Manager of Fujian Yishan Energy Management Co., Ltd., shared a smart photovoltaic operation and maintenance solution, which relies on the "Yishan Cloud Digital Intelligence Platform" and the "UAV Intelligent Inspection System" to achieve the transformation from traditional passive operation and maintenance to intelligent active operation and maintenance through AI intelligent diagnosis, big data analysis, and visual management.
