　Efficient power

The 910F steel grabbing machine is equipped with a 66kW National IV electronic injection turbocharged diesel engine, providing ample power for continuous operation. The efficient load sensitive hydraulic system achieves a maximum flow rate of 204L/min at a working pressure of 32MPa, balancing the working capacity and speed on this device.

The reinforced working device is designed with board reinforcement at the support point, with a maximum operating radius exceeding 7.2 meters. By moving the machine once, it can perform more tasks. The minimum turning radius is less than 2.5 meters, and it can be turned around in workshops, yards, docks, and even crowded places.

　　Unloading and palletizing

Compared to traditional car dumping or electromagnetic suction cups, the 910F standard arm with hydraulic gripper design safely and efficiently unloads scrap steel to designated locations and performs palletizing operations, maximizing storage space utilization. 3+2 grip design, strong clamping force, and even scattered scrap steel can be stably "locked". Subsequently, the hydraulic claw sends the scrap steel into the conveyor belt, where it is crushed and compressed into steel ladles of uniform specifications by the cutting machine. The hydraulic claw then retrieves and stacks the steel neatly, waiting for shipment. Efficient connection from unloading to outbound.
