RHEO ultra-low speed forming technology can significantly improve the internal quality and mechanical properties of castings through low-speed laminar filling and high-pressure shrinkage.
This series relies on the China Europe joint research and development platform and is equipped with a fully closed-loop real-time control Rheocast injection system. The system pressure reaches 21MPa, and the casting pressure can exceed 200MPa. The pressure building time only takes 5ms, supporting ultra-low speed precision forming and adaptive process adjustment, providing reliable technical support for the stable production of high-quality complex parts.
In terms of core indicators, the RHEO series has achieved significant breakthroughs: the porosity of castings has decreased from 3% -5% in traditional die casting to below 0.5%, resulting in a density of over 99.5% and a reduction of over 70% in shrinkage. Castings can be subjected to T6 heat treatment, and the tensile strength and fatigue life have been increased by 15% -30%, respectively; The product yield has increased from 55% to over 97%,moldThe lifespan has been extended to over 110000 molds, balancing performance upgrades with comprehensive cost optimization.
