Our company has successfully completed the production of two 15L reaction vessels for a certain equipment company in Zhejiang. Led by Manager Jiang from our technical department, the customer visited the workshop and listened in detail to our production process and procedures. Our company continuously adopts technological updates to ensure the stability of our products. We have more than 20 new technological achievements, and the design of the magnetic reaction kettle strictly complies with various technical standards. The primary reducer for the magnetic reaction kettle is the lifting device for the kettle cover, with a design pressure of 3MPA and a design temperature of 200 degrees. The material is stainless steel, and the jacket is electrically heated with thermal oil. The heating power is 9KW. The mixing port is equipped with a magnetic stirrer, which has the function of displaying the kettle's internal speed and variable frequency. With a rigorous work attitude and excellent product quality, we have won the recognition and praise of customers.
The product passed all customer inspections on November 20th and was successfully shipped.
