The PET preform fully automatic detection and packaging production line is mainly used to conduct comprehensive offline detection of preforms for secondary packaging, and according to the needs of different orders, qualified preforms are loaded into large iron cages through a double headed packing machine or into customized small cardboard boxes through an automatic packing system. The entire system consists of two pieces of equipment. The first half is the bottle blank offline detection system, which mainly includes an automatic tipping machine, hopper components, elevator, sorting machine, detection machine, box dividing line, and packing elevator. The second half is the automatic packing system, which includes a double headed packing machine, an automatic unboxing machine, an automatic bagging machine, a printing and labeling machine, a weighing machine, an automatic bag sealing machine, a sealing machine, and a packaging machine.
To this end, our company has completed the upgrade and landing of the PET preform fully automatic offline detection and packaging production line, realizing the automation of the entire process of preform quality inspection, re inspection screening, and secondary packaging.

The production line adopts a comprehensive inspection plan to conduct comprehensive defect detection and good product screening on finished bottle preforms.
Thoroughly eliminate the problems of manual omission and false inspection, control the appearance quality of bottle preforms from the source, ensure the stability of factory products, and lay a solid foundation for high-quality delivery in the back-end. The full process automation connection effectively reduces manual intervention and greatly improves the overall production efficiency of the packaging section.
