1、 Project Background
The Kashiwara factory of Taiwa Holdings Co., Ltd. in Japan specializes in cleaning plastic packaging containers and generates 300m ³ of wastewater daily. A new supporting sewage treatment project is required. Based on the comprehensive requirements of the project for land area, construction period, and equipment deployment flexibility, Chuanyuan (GSD) has provided customized solutions for integrated wastewater treatment systems.
2、 Solution: Process Design and Engineering Implementation
In response to the high BOD and COD wastewater characteristics of the Baiyuan factory, Chuanyuan is equipped with an integrated MBR (membrane bioreactor) wastewater treatment system. This system not only has a small footprint, high sludge concentration in the membrane tank, and strong resistance to impact loads, but also has high membrane component retention efficiency and thorough solid-liquid separation, effectively ensuring that the effluent meets the standard. The system adopts a modular container design, achieving a delivery mode of "factory prefabrication and on-site installation". The equipment only takes about 60 days from manufacturing to on-site installation, ensuring that the sewage treatment facilities are synchronized with the factory production line.

Adopting a combination process of "air flotation pretreatment+regulation homogenization+aerobic aeration+membrane bioreactor (MBR) deep treatment".
3. Engineering implementation and technical response
The biggest challenge of this project is to solve the difficulties of cross-border transportation and on-site installation. Our technical team has developed a targeted implementation plan
Modular split transportation: To avoid the constraints of over limit transportation, we split the integrated pool into 12 sets of standardized water tank modules, and the supporting equipment is also packaged and transported in boxes. After arriving at the site, perform unified welding and assembly.
High precision installation: MBR membrane components require high horizontal accuracy for installation, and the membrane frame needs to be placed horizontally to prevent membrane breakage or incomplete aeration cleaning. The team pre embedded a corrosion-resistant carbon steel installation base inside the box, and on-site installation was calibrated using a laser level; At the same time, the aeration pipeline adopts adjustable brackets to ensure uniform air output from each aeration head.
3、 Conclusion
The case of the Kashiwara factory in Japan demonstrates the application value of integrated sewage treatment equipment in scenarios where land use is limited and rapid production is required. This plan takes into account multiple objectives such as land occupation, construction period, and water quality stability, providing a feasible technical path for industrial manufacturing enterprises facing similar challenges.
