The scientific basis of this process lies in the precise bonding of the chemical structure of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) polyester - PET is formed by the condensation of "ethylene glycol (EG)+terephthalic acid (PTA)". Through the reverse depolymerization reaction of ethylene glycol alcoholysis, the ester bonds of waste polyester polymer chains are selectively broken and gradually depolymerized into BHET (dihydroxyethyl terephthalate) monomers, which are then purified, re polymerized, and spun into shape. By following the chemical properties of polyester materials themselves, molecular level "recycling" is achieved, which has lower energy consumption and stronger environmental friendliness compared to traditional pathways.
Relying on this core process, the enterprise has once again broken through the industry bottleneck, implemented melt direct spinning technology, and broken the traditional process of "slicing and spinning" in the industry - eliminating the intermediate granulation (slicing) transfer link. Qualified regenerated melt can be directly spun into shape, greatly reducing production costs while maximizing the retention of fiber properties, and significantly improving the stability of finished product quality. This is also a scarce core technological advantage among domestic mass-produced enterprises in the same field.
Technological mass production is the foundation, and stable and high-quality raw material supply is the lifeline for the large-scale development of T2T chemical regeneration technology industry. At the beginning of the establishment of the enterprise, it was clear that the production line must adapt to non-standard raw materials with complex components and dispersed sources. The front-end classification and sorting establish a solid foundation, while the back-end core process completes quality assurance. In response to the two major processing difficulties of blended fabrics and dyed fabrics, Xindengli has created an exclusive purification system.
