The testing process includes three consecutive charging and discharging cycles with rated charging and discharging power, with a 2-hour static period between each cycle. The tests are conducted at rated charging and discharging power of 108 kW and 54 kW, respectively. This testing method does not calculate the static loss, but focuses on the energy efficiency performance during the charge discharge cycle, truly reflecting the energy efficiency of the system during the charge discharge cycle (similar to a single RTE).By taking the average of three charge discharge cycles, the accuracy and reliability of the test results are maximally ensured, providing a scientific basis for evaluating the economic efficiency of energy storage systems for industrial and commercial users.
  24-hour comprehensive energy efficiency (2 charging and 2 discharging) test
  forTo better simulate real-life scenarios, Huawei has proposed a 24-hour comprehensive energy efficiency (2 charges and 2 discharges) detection method, which simulates the typical daily 2 charges and 2 discharges of industrial and commercial users to detect energy efficiency. This method specifically calculates the energy consumption of auxiliary power sources within 24 hours, including the losses during the idle period.This inspection conducted a rigorous 24-hour comprehensive energy efficiency (2 charging and 2 discharging) test on the Huawei Industrial and Commercial Network Energy Storage LUNA2000-241 series, using Huawei's defined calculation method to obtain the 24-hour comprehensive energy efficiency ηIndicators have a direct impact on user returns and investment payback periods.
After testing, the Huawei Industrial and Commercial Network Energy Storage LUNA2000-241 series demonstrated excellent performance in this test, with rated energy efficiency (similar to RTE) reaching 91.03% and 92.38% at rated charge and discharge power of 108kW and 54kW, respectively(Above the industry average of 87%)The 24-hour comprehensive energy efficiency (2 charging and 2 discharging) reached 90.31% and 91.99%, respectively.
