ByTrans Extended offers two basic specifications: the first is 3000 * 1500mm format, with a maximum load of 890KG and a supported plate thickness of up to 25mm; the second is 4000 * 2000mm format, with a maximum load of 1300kg and a supported plate thickness of 20mm.

The first major feature of ByTrans Extended is that it is faster than most similar products. The loading and unloading cycle time of 3015 format is within 60 seconds, and the cycle time of 4020 format is also within 75 seconds, almost without any waiting time for the laser cutting machine.

Powerful functionality, flexible response to different scenarios
The design of the second tray is another highlight of this loading and unloading system, which can be used for multiple functions:
Used as a raw material tray.The storage capacity of raw materials is doubled, which means that even without connecting to the material warehouse, it can continuously process twice or different specifications of materials at once.
Used for sorting large items.The vacuum unit of the loading fixture can be directly used for sorting large items, and the sorted sheet materials can be automatically stored on the second tray.
Used for plastic film separation.Especially suitable for users who have high requirements for the surface quality of workpieces. At this point, the second tray serves as a plastic film warehouse. During the automated cycle, the suction cup fixture automatically picks up a plastic film and places it on top of each cut product, which is then fed into the feeding tray by the hobbing fixture.

Stable and reliable loading and unloading process
The feeding fixture adopts a vacuum suction cup method, and a single suction cup can suck up 25kg. Each suction cup can be independently controlled, making it easy to handle special shape and specification sheets.
In order to ensure that only one sheet of material is sucked during each feeding, the feeding fixture also integrates four guarantee functions, namely mechanical layering (independent corner suction cup)+magnetic splitting+blowing+thickness measurement, etc. As a standard configuration, the quadruple guarantee scheme ensures that the feeding process is foolproof.
The cutting part adopts a fork tooth method. For customers who have high requirements for the surface quality of the board, we offer the option of seamless hobbing, which adds an anti scratch material strip on the hobbing and moves synchronously with the hobbing to ensure that the board does not directly contact the hobbing and avoid scratches.

Stable and reliable loading and unloading process
ByTrans Extended can be connected to the material storage system ByTower, and the semi-finished products that have been cut can be automatically returned to the warehouse, achieving automatic continuous production and configuring the material tray exchange device, achieving a higher degree of automation.
