  1. 180 large diameter screw, solves the problem of feeding fluffy materials
The main and auxiliary machines of this equipment are equipped with 180 large diameter screws, and the large screw groove volume design greatly improves the feeding capacity. The melting efficiency is high, making the feeding of fluffy materials more stable and melting faster.
  2. The dual exhaust system of the main engine deeply removes volatilization, resulting in more complete plasticization
In response to the tendency of high-pressure film materials to carry water vapor and volatile components during processing, the host is equipped with a dual exhaust design to achieve deep devolatilization, effectively discharging water vapor and volatile components inside the melt, resulting in more complete plasticization, dense and bright finished particles, no foaming, and good appearance.
The 180 diameter screw and the dual exhaust of the main engine are combined to form a complete chain from "feed melting" to "exhaust plasticization", jointly ensuring particle quality and production capacity output.
  3. 400 type customized single board dual station die head, ensuring even and guaranteed discharge
This equipment is equipped with a 400 type single board dual station die head, with customized taper and small hole design. The melt extrusion is smoother and the strip material is uniform without adhesion, providing a guarantee for stable pulling and cutting of particles in the future, effectively reducing strip breakage and downtime, and ensuring continuous production.
  4. Extended sink and vibrating screen, dual guarantee of cooling and screening
The equipment is equipped with a 6-meter extended water tank and an extended vibrating screen.
