The fully automatic frying machine is mainly divided into the following systems: pot body, conveying system, heating system, lifting system, smoke exhaust system, filtration circulation system, slag scraping system, and carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system.

4. System Enhancement: New Xudong Machinery has independently innovated and developed a four directional three-dimensional synchronous lifting system, which can simultaneously lift the mesh belt and hood parts, or separately lift the hood part, facilitating equipment cleaning and maintenance.
5. Smoke exhaust system: New Xudong Machinery's own design team has developed side smoke exhaust and top smoke exhaust, which can be selected according to the customer's fried products and oil fume volume, achieving workshop odor free and easy cleaning.
6. Filtration circulation system: New Xudong Machinery uses both coarse and fine filtration methods to filter the oil in the pot, achieving sufficient filtration and extending the service life of the oil.
7. Scraping system: After 2 years of innovation, the R&D team of New Xudong Machinery has developed two methods for scraping slag: side scraping and vertical scraping, which can be selected according to customer requirements.
8. Carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system: using carbon dioxide for fire extinguishing does not affect the use of oil in the later stage.
