Universal precision thermometerIt provides users with a complete measurement and control interface and supports multiple types of thermometers, including standard platinum resistance thermometers, thermistors, and thermocouples. It is a high-precision tester designed for laboratory and industrial temperature measurement and calibration applications.
A thermometer is an on-site detection instrument used to measure medium and low temperatures. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media within the range of -80 ℃ to+500 ℃ in various production processes. The temperature is displayed on site, which is intuitive and convenient; Safe and reliable, with a long service life; Multiple structural forms that can meet different requirements are based on bimetallic sheets wound into a circular curved shape. When one end expands due to heat, it drives the pointer to rotate, and the working instrument displays the corresponding temperature value.
The thermometer adopts imported chip assembly with high precision and stability, with an error of ≤ 0.5%. It has an internal power supply, low power consumption, stainless steel shell, strong protection, beautiful and exquisite appearance. It is imported with high-precision, low-temperature drift, ultra-low power consumption integrated circuit and wide temperature LCD display. The built-in high-energy battery can work continuously for ≥ 5 years without laying power cables. It is a new type of on-site temperature display instrument with high precision, good stability and strong applicability. It is an ideal substitute for traditional on-site pointer bimetallic thermometers and is widely used in various industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, and research institutes.
Universal precision thermometerUsing temperature sensitive components, such as platinum resistors, thermocouples, semiconductors, thermistors, etc., to convert temperature changes into electrical signal changes, such as voltage and current changes. There is a certain relationship between temperature changes and electrical signal changes, such as linear relationships, certain curve relationships, etc.
This electrical signal can be converted into a digital signal using an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, namely an AD conversion circuit. The digital signal is then sent to a processing unit, such as a microcontroller or a PC. The processing unit calculates the digital signal and temperature through internal software, resulting in a temperature value that can be displayed, such as 25.0 degrees Celsius. This value is then displayed on a display unit, such as an LED, LCD, or computer screen, for human observation, thus completing the basic temperature measurement function of a universal precision thermometer.
