Agitators are divided into low viscosity fluid agitators and high viscosity fluid agitators according to their uses. Agitators used for high viscosity fluids include frame type, anchor type, serrated disc type, spiral slurry type, and screw belt type.

Agitators are divided into flat blade curved blade, inclined (folded) blade, and helical blade types according to their blade mixing structure. They have flat blade and inclined blade structures, while propeller, screw, and helical blade types have helical blade structures. According to installation requirements, they can be divided into integral and sectional types, and the mixer can be directly fixed on the mixing shaft without removing other components such as couplings. 1. Before using the mixer, it is necessary to check whether the random accessories are complete, then install the fixtures in order, insert the sensor probe for backup, put the required experimental solution into a beaker or flask, place the mixer in the solution, and then place it in the center of the heat collection plate.

2. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on to indicate that the power is connected. Rotate the speed control knob clockwise to increase the mixing speed from slow to fast, and then increase it to the desired speed. Be careful not to start the mixer directly at high speed, as this will cause the mixer to be out of sync and jump.

3. When setting the temperature, first adjust the temperature knob to the desired temperature. As there is a certain error between the scale indication value and the actual temperature of the solution, a thermometer needs to be used to measure the temperature of the solution when high accuracy is required. Then adjust the temperature knob to reach the set temperature. When constant temperature is not needed, simply adjust the temperature adjustment knob to below room temperature.
